RETURN POLICY

 

Please Call GreenTagged.com Customer Service at 1-888-862-6630 and allow us to assist you before returning any product.

 

Your satisfaction is our primary goal which is why GreenTagged.com has adopted the following Return Policy to cover the unfortunate and infrequent instances where a return is necessary and appropriate.

 

It is the policy of GreenTagged.com to allow you to return your product(s) within 30 days of delivery provided that the following terms and conditions are met:

  • You have called Customer Service at 1-888-862-6630 to discuss your issue. Returns are a last resort and are accepted only if mutually agreed upon and only with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number issued through Customer Service.
  • Returns must be labeled with a valid RGA Number and shipped to the address provided by Customer Service. (Note: All items presented without RGA numbers will be refused.)
  • Returns must be received complete and in saleable condition unless you are returning a defective item.
  • Returns must be shipped Fed Ex, UPS or other insurable, track able shipping method. Large items needs special types of shipping and can be coordinated with Customer Service.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging with all components, documents and accessories to be considered complete.
  • Return freight must be prepaid, by the customer, and is not refundable, unless you are returning a defective item.
  • Returns, unless defective, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All approved returns must be received within 10 days of being issued an RGA Number to be considered valid. Any products received after 10 days will be accepted or refused at our sole discretion.

Exceptions:

  • Special Orders, Quantity Orders, CBUs and Custom Orders including non-stock items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. These types of orders including non-stock items may only be exchanged for the same item and only if defective. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-862-6630 for assistance with your Special Orders, Custom Orders or any order containing a non-stock item.
  • The remedies provided to you in this return policy are secondary to those available and/or covered by any liable third party. The remedies provided herein are understood to be in effect only after all other such remedies are exhausted. By this we mean that Shipping Companies shall assist with the replacement of your item due to damages suffered in transit and the Manufacturer shall assume responsibility for flaws or defects in workmanship. We will happily help you exercise any of your options to the limit of our ability and/or liability.
  • The terms and conditions herein are considered supplementary to the terms and conditions of the warranties offered by the manufacturers of any product that we carry. We do not warrant beyond any period, condition or term stated therein. In cases where there is a variance, the specific wording of the warranty or return policy of the manufacturer shall supersede any right, term or privilege described in this policy.

Definition: RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Issued by Customer Service by calling 1-888-862-6630 and must accompany any return to be considered valid.
