Your submitted order will be handled manually and is subject to correction prior to shipment due to inaccuracies, errors, product discontinuation or unavailability, or any other reason.
GreenTagged.com presents the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web stores at all times. However, there may be sparse occasions when some of the information may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or other inaccuracies and we apologize for this. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
If an error is reflected in featured price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order, please be aware that GreenTagged.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with such errors, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In case your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GreenTagged.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
GreenTagged.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Money Orders and checks are also accepted, however orders will not ship until funds have cleared. GreenTagged.com is required to add applicable taxes and shipping costs to the state where the merchandise is shipped. Taxes vary from state to state, and some states tax Shipping & Handling charges as well.
Any GreenTagged.com discounts or discount codes should be entered when your order is submitted on line. GreenTagged.com will not be able to process any refunds after the purchase is finalized. GreenTagged.com may only process gift certificates purchased at GreenTagged.com.
The time it takes for your purchased products to be dropped off at your door step will vary depending on the specific product, shipping location, mean of transportation and final delivery location.
Placing Your Order
After submitting your order online, different processes commence to verify the validity of your purchase. This will involve both automated and manual check of credit card information, PayPal or Google Checkout accounts, along with manual processing at GreenTagged.com Customer Service.
Most non personalized items in stock will be drop shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you submitted the order. This is the processing time the supplier requires to collect your items, package, label and order transportation. Customized or custom built orders like address plaques, signage, special lettering or colors may take longer. Processing time for a personalized order may take up to three weeks to ship. If an item shows up on backorder, GreenTagged.com will contact the customers via email or phone for decision on keeping the order as is or finding alternatives.
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. This time depends on the location of the shipping facilities and where you live. Most products will be transported with FedEx or UPS Ground, and a tracking number will be issued. Ground transportation cross the country may take up to a week. Most orders are shipped via standard delivery service, Monday-Friday. UPS Ground and FedEx are normally used as the preferred carriers, but occasionally we use other shippers for expedited orders, large items, out of country shipments or quantity orders.
Shipping direct from Manufacturer may take longer and may have additional charges, and if ordered with other items, they may arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items. Items that require us to ship separately will not incur additional delivery charges.
Customized or monogrammed items are considered custom orders and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items can not be used by any other customer.
Even though GreenTagged.com makes every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information, back-orders may occur. In the event, we will notify you via email or phone. Please contact customer service for additional information.
Tracking The Shipment of Your Order
We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you the tracking number you can use to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.
US Shipping Rates
Want to know how much a product will cost to ship? We provide you shipping costs for UPS Ground. To obtain this quote, as you are shopping, simply add the product you are interested into your cart, on the Shopping Cart Page enter the zip code you want to ship to. We will calculate the approximate shipping costs for the above UPS services. If you need a delivery service not shown, please email or call one of our Customer Service Representatives, who will be able to acquire that information for you.
